Robert Victor Wilkinson is pastor of New Hope Community SDA Church in Frederick and sister church New Joy Fellowship SDA Church in Hagerstown.

The third of five siblings, Pastor Wilkinson was raised in South Jersey in a Christian household.

He earned a bachelor's degree from Oakwood University in Ministerial Theology and Pastoral Care and Chaplaincy.

His pastoral emphasis and personal interest are on evangelism and "winning souls for God's kingdom."

He's married to Jovan Alleyne Wilkinson, who is originally from Trinidad and Tobago.

When he's not enjoying his wife's company and making her laugh, Pastor Wilkinson enjoys studying the Bible and admiring nature. He has a particular interest in photography and admires horses.
